This position overseas and directs the shipboard casino operations of the Royal Caribbean International fleet. Leads a shoreside team of staff to manage the shipboard casino teams, grow revenue, control expenses, evolve the casino product, ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and develop staff.
Directs the shoreside and fleetwide staff responsible for the casino operations including table games, slot machines, cashier, pilot travel center video arcade and casino marketing on all Royal Caribbean International ships.
Develops, implements and directs casino marketing strategies to increase the frequency of sailings by VIP casino players. Directs and manages relationships with external casino pilot travel center properties whom purchase group space, as it pertains to casino operations.
