The Northwest YMCA is about one mile away and has a huge workout facility, basketball, swimming, and day camps for kids.

My Husband & I recently rented out the Acamar House for some family that came into town to attend our wedding. The house was located in a very convenient area of town, close to shopping, dining, resorts, etc. The owners, Wayne & Karen, are wonderful people who went above and beyond alaska airlines flight schedules to make the stay very enjoyable. Kitchen is stocked with everything one would need, including minimal amounts of food in case you are unable to make it to a grocery store immediately upon arrival. Accommodations were comfortable, back yard was very relaxing, garage & layout of townhome were both very convenient. The price for the week could NOT be beat by any other home we checked out. I would definitely recommend the Acamar home to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Tucson, and I will always keep it in mind for any future family stays. Thanks again Wayne & Karen!!!
