It is a budget hotel, but is family owned. science center los angeles We have seen the same staff people for the four years we have stayed there and they now remember us from year to year. The Evergreen is just one or two blocks away from the Temple Street Night Market. We have always marveled at how well we sleep when we are there.

Hong Kong has a large variety of things science center los angeles to do for children. The Evergreen Hotel is just down the street from Kowloon Park. The park also has a playground, a hedge bush maze and lots of natural walkways, science center los angeles etc. It s hard to believe science center los angeles that you are in the middle of one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world when you are in Kowloon Park! The park also has a very nice indoor pool, although it was being remodeled while we were there. (Another swimming option would be Recluse Bay and Stanley Beach.)
The Wetlands were also a big hit. It s not the easiest place to get to as it s in the New Territories, but once we got there, we enjoyed it. (You have to take the KTR, different from the subway, and then connect to a light rail and then walk to the entrance.) Lots and lots of nature.
As you can tell, most of our activities have involved being in nature. After being in large cities, we found that anything green was something we wanted to do! As you land at the Hong Kong airport, you will find lots of booklets and pamplets listing these places and how to get there, etc.
This is just a starting point. We have also taken the kids ice skating at the Elements Mall, not far at all from the Evergreen. The Star Ferry is fun and of course, the night lights are pretty amazing. The tram up Victoria Peak is enjoyable; the escalator science center los angeles rides in the Midlands; eating dim sum; riding double decker buses . . . kids are easily amused!
