On Thursday, January 24 th RSIR representatives Dean Jones , Scott Wasner and Tony Dwyer attended a private gathering of art patrons and artists, real estate investors and delegates from China for a celebration of international culture at the historic Park Plaza Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
Hosted by Angel Park, LLC – a syndicate of local developers and investors from China, the event was timed with Los Angeles' renowned Art Week exhibition, which featured galleries and artists from mainland China. The event also recognized the impending purchase of the iconic 1926 building, which will soon be transformed into a museum, gallery and boutique hotel.
