5 Ojo Inn Bed & Breakfast has 10 rooms and includes two historic homes and two cozy cottages, all which have been updated to provide the ultimate in guest comfort and enjoyment. Most rooms have two people Jacuzzi's and many have fireplaces. All have private baths. Enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks, cable TV, and in-room refrigerators and coffee makers.
If a cancellation notice is received 10 days or less prior to the arrival date (30 days for groups with 3 or more rooms), a full charge will be made. If the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be made less a $25 processing fee. For cancellations more than 10 or 30 days, whichever applies, prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be made less a $25 processing fee. No refunds on early departures.
