Uniworld Boutique River Cruises' S.S. Antoinette is one of the most luxurious river vessels in Europe. I sailed on the Super Ship (S.S.) Antoinette on a three-night preview cruise after the christening ceremony last year and loved the new ship.
The interiors of the ship look like something out of an 18th century French chateau, much like Marie Antoinette would have preferred. In addition to the gorgeous, elegant decor, the S.S. Antoinette has the first indoor/outdoor swimming pool on a European river boat, suites with balconies, huge windows that open and close with the touch of a button, two bars, and two dining areas.
The S.S. Antoinette will sail Uniworld's 8-day " Castles Along the Rhine " itinerary between Basel, Switzerland and Amsterdam from late March until November, and then she will do four, 8-day " Rhine Holiday Markets " itineraries the rest of 2013.
