While the Enterprise rates are clearly better, I was personally able to only utilize hotels in upstate new york the Hertz deal (which was much less then what I was finding elsewhere). Since I am flying into an airport without an off airport location nearby, Hertz was my only option. If you are staying in an area with many Enterprise locations, hotels in upstate new york you can sometimes take a free hotel shuttle to a nearby hotel and request hotels in upstate new york that the off-airport hotels in upstate new york location pick you up at the hotel.
