Disney Cruise Line provides a great value for the price . Some would say that Disney priced itself out of the cruise. This is not true. The price is a bit on the higher end of the scale but they offer so much for the price that the value is there.
The best example of the value is in the children's programs. The programs are, by far, the best I have seen. There are so many new and innovative programs that your kids will have fun and actually learn something! Just to illustrate one small innovation onboard, the kids clubs had a hard time with hand washing. They couldn't get the kids to clean their hands frequently enough. Disney's Imagineers designed sinks that look like they are from Star Trek, when the kids put their hands in the stainless steel tunnels the water jets swirl around cleaning off the dirt and germs in a fun manner. lax plaza hotel I witnessed a group of 10-year-old boys lining up to wash their hands again as soon as they dried!
