EXETER Shaun McEachern's first job in hospitality came when she was a secretary to a general manager at the former Sheraton in Portsmouth travel europe for singles many years ago. From day one of the job, she knew that hospitality management was what she wanted to do.
McEachern volunteered at the American Independence Festival's barbecue working the ice cream buffet. "You do stuff like that because you know you're making a difference," said McEachern on volunteering.
