We are looking for professional, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Vacation Planners for our Reservation Center in East Mesa. Vacation Planners establish quality customer relationships and provide a concierge level of customer service to travel partners who initiate contact directly with Norwegian Cruise Line. Qualified candidates will be highly motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to change. Vacation Planners will have intermediate computer skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent discount flight tickets verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet and/or exceed department service goals. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one to two years' customer service experience with an emphasis in call center environment. Opportunity to work from home may be offered after meeting discount flight tickets a specific level of performance metrics. Until that time, you must be willing to commute to the Mesa, AZ office.
