WN sold out their employees for growth Plain and simple SWA should have voted out IAM as said before. Sorry but I don t feel any FL employee should get their company seniority and should be happy they are still getting a pay check and a better check at that. SWA bought AirTran there for should be stapled to the bottom and retain there own FL seniority among them selves below SWA employees. So the way I see it is the SWA customer service agents did it to them selves by not voting IAM out And don t take my comment in a bad way I know there are many great guys/gals at AirTran

Just because WN bought FL, why is it that EVERY FL employee should be sent to the bottom? williams travel centers Do you realize if that were to happen, WN would most likely lose a lot of talent that would have improved williams travel centers the over all company. Systems that FL has in place that are better than some of the current WN systems and no one would have a clue how they worked. Let s talk Int l flying, it is no cake walk about what you have to do in the Carib Mex to get things done and if all the FL folks walked, WN would be worse off. If you stapled them all to the bottom, do you really think they d give a darn if and when you figured it out. Just for the record, not everyone at FL got fat raises. I for one, can attest to that but I did keep my DOH b/c it doesn t matter. At the end of these days, we will all have to work together so what is the point of worrying about, or even commenting what one work group got over another? Seems silly to me.
