We arrived wedding cruise packages at 8am, and with check-in being at 3pm, the hotel was much obliged to take our luggage and store it there until we returned at the appropriate time. The staff was nice enough to upgrade our room to a Junior Suite. wedding cruise packages The Bentley was clean, affordable, with big rooms and a comfortable king size bed. I don t understand the half glass shower door, but I guess the newer boutique hotels wedding cruise packages are taking a liking to them. I can t even count the numerous television commercials and ads on the subway I saw about bed bugs, thankfully, we didn t run into any of that. There was a rooftop (22nd floor) wedding cruise packages bar/restaurant, which we only peeked into for a quick moment after it was closed, but imagine is beautiful during the daytime and dusk, seeing wedding cruise packages how the hotel has a great view of the Queensboro bridge and Franklin Roosevelt Island.
The staff for the most part was accommodating wedding cruise packages and ambiance in the lobby was chic and modern. The room was nicely decorated and was filled with patterns which gave the room a modern feel. My only gripe about this hotel is that it is FAR from everything and the elevators were very slow.
It took us about 15-20 minutes to walk to the subway, and cab rides averaged about $10+. After a long day of being out and about, walking back to the hotel was strenuous and cab fares were denting our wallets on top of not having any accessible nearby food options. Not a bad place to stay if you plan on staying on that side of town.
Thanks for the tip, I like the looks of that little living room, nice colours/textures (though that cld be the photo-shop talking!). Mid-town is a weird part of NYC I always find myself tired and hungry at the end of the day and unsure what to do next usually it means traipsing somewhere else, like Greenwich Village But now the Ace has opened up around Mid-Town wedding cruise packages as well maybe eateries will follow and things will get better??? Next time you could try one of the hotels around the Meatpacking district – lots of eating options and loads of art, if you're into it, plus there s the Highline Rachael x
