Ultravox frontman  Midge Ure today announced a rare North American solo tour that s set to take place this coming January — featuring, so far, 12 dates confirmed across the U.S. and a single Canadian concert —that he says is to pave the way for the possibility of bringing Ultravox over later in the year.
The trek, which Ure announced on his Facebook page , opens Jan. 9 in New York City and currently wraps up Jan. 26 in Los Angeles.
