Don't get me wrong, I love the cast of this season and lasts and I'm glad the actors are consistent, but I really wish that they'd bring in a lot of new blood. They really need to bring in fresh faces (who are talented) and can give us something a lot more different, yet, somewhat the same. So with that, I'm really glad Ryan has a lot of (different) stories to tell, because I'm hoping for something really different and greater than seasons 1 and 2.
