About 10-20 16 yrs olds need a place to visit. This is a for a school project. The attraction needs to be affordable for high school students althougth all suggestions are welcome. They have to be in New York City. We are not opposed to something educational but we do not want to visit the Met. Thx
In addition, when taking that tour, I also took the Big Onion Original Multi-Ethnic Eating Tour through the Lower-East Side (Chinatown, Little Italy, etc.) It also covered the immigration side of NYC, but with a taste of each culture. )

go for a walk around Chinatown (south of Canal Street), look for a crowded restaurant, and get some stir fried noodles and soup for lunch, then end up a few blocks north in Little Italy for a cup of espresso and a little dessert.
