I am not from the area - I'm from Milwaukee, WI. I think it was a gross disservice that the 7 hotels paris hotel and casino were not mentioned in the article. I e-mailed the reporter, and this is his one line response, and I quote: If you look at the map, doesn't it have a list of the seven hotels . Evidently white house virtual tour this reporter didn't think it was woth noting the names of the 7 hotes in the article! Not only was this poor reporting on his part, whoever was in charge of proofing the article must have proofed it with their eyes shut! I guess the so-called reporter forgot that not everyone who reads the on-line paper is from the area. I would think that this is Basic 101 Journalism and that said reporter would have learned this.
By the way, the Stratosphere in NOT on the Strip. I would hope that at least the local newspaper would know that. Please stop helping the spread of this misinformation. The Strip ends at the city limits, namely, at the midline of Sahara.
