We stayed in condo #603 and it was very nice! Plenty of room and very clean. The view was awesome! Pool was nice and beach was gorgeous. Would have rated it 5 stars if there was one more elevator and wifi access. Felt we spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator and we were too out of shape to take the stairs six floors with all of our stuff! :) Holiday Villas III is definately on our list of repeat visits...
Thank you so much for the great review your provided. We knew you would enjoy the condo and we were glad to hear you had plenty of room for your family. We were also glad you enjoyed the direct oceanfront view from the balcony and the oceanfront pool. Many of our guests love that they can sit at the pool and feel like they are actually on the beach! We do hear from time to time on the busy spring break week, when every unit is booked, like the week you were there, it would be nice to have an additional elevator. I am pleased denver adams mark hotel to share that while the office does currently provide high speed internet, the association is in the process of wiring the building for wireless high speed interenet, yippy!

Easy to rent chairs and parasol for the week. Overall, we had a great week and definitely denver adams mark hotel an awesome denver adams mark hotel view of the ocean.
Having stayed many times in the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks area, we didn't expect the unit to be much different from the others we have stayed in, however, we were pleasantly surprised denver adams mark hotel with the accommodations, specifically with this particular unit at Holiday Villas III. The unit was extremely clean and very well renovated as compared to like-aged units in that same area. Todd was very easy to work with and has done an excellent job with this unit...We'll be back!!
July 3, We stayed for 2 weeks in unit 605 and liked it so much decided to stay an additional week..... The unit was great, very clean had all the needed items in the kitchen, kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters, plenty counter space and sitting on the counter and the dining area. Bedrooms are spacious with updated bathrooms and TV in the rooms (nice for the teens). Living area also quite spacious and nicely set with its larger TV. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. July 4th festivities were awesome. Other renters were polite and respectful. Need to complement Todd on his efficiency and attentiveness. I would highly recommend denver adams mark hotel Holiday Villas III to anyone interested in a relaxed vacation and do plan to return next year.
We ended up being VERY PLEASED with the Holiday Villas III ..Was ALOT bigger than expected and VERY CLEAN! The floor plan with the living rm. dining denver adams mark hotel area kitchen being so open is excellent for familys..I would rent this Unit again! ..Had a GREAT time..Thanks Todd! I'd like to ask...would you have a rate schedule denver adams mark hotel for a 2, 3 or 4 week stay for next January?? Tenative start date of January 3rd 2009...and how soon would you need confirmation.. Please denver adams mark hotel let me know as we definately want to return to this unit- it was great!
