If you decide to use the service after you purchase your flight, you can register up to two hours before your scheduled departure. For example, a customer flying from Europe connecting through Miami and then flying to New York City could utilize the service. A customer traveling from Europe to Miami with no additional stops, could not utilize the service.
A flat rate of $29.95 for 1 bag, $39.95 for 2 bags or $49.95 for 3-10 bags for delivery to destinations that are within 40 miles of the arriving airport. For deliveries between 41 and 100 miles, it will be the applicable flat rate plus an additional $1.00 per mile.
The customer does not have to purchase the service at the same time as they purchase their flight. When they go back to "View Itinerary" they will see the offer again as long as it is 2 hours or more before their scheduled departure.
